This course aims to develop students’ theoretical knowledge, understanding and awareness of how to live longer, better. Some people may refer to this as healthy ageing, increasing life expectancy or increasing healthy life years.
You will be taught through e-learning, meaning you can gain this qualification from home and at your own pace.
This qualification is unique to Future Fit Training and designed in collaboration with Oxford University professor, physician, and expert in public health screening, Sir Muir Gray.

The course is written generally to cover all health-related working environments. Therefore, you can develop transferable skills to assist the wider health workforce (i.e., you don’t have to be working in the fitness industry).
This course has an e-learning component lasting 4 weeks, assessment questions run throughout to ensure a high level of understanding.
