I’m debunking diet culture myths and giving women the truth so they can gain their power back. I also want to show that type 1 diabetes doesn’t hold you back from anything.

After years of diet culture, I developed disordered eating. After my baby in 2020, I saw how toxic it was and I needed to change. I healed my relationship and then did a qualification to help others heal too.
I needed a qualification that I could trust and that my future clients would trust, I also needed one that could fit around my baby so Future Fit was perfect for me.
Being brave enough to make videos on TikTok about my experience and having women message me thanking me; thanking me for speaking up and saying that it’s made them feel like they aren’t “crazy”.
I love cooking homemade pizzas with my husband and toddler – my toddler loves getting involved!
