This course will provide you with the confidence to teach beginner to intermediate Pilates Reformer exercises to a variety of clients. You will learn how to plan and teach Pilates Reformer for individuals and groups and understand a range of training purposes.
You will learn a new repertoire of exercises, specifically designed for the reformer, including adaptation, progression, and modifications for different abilities.
This Level 4 Master Practitioner course will give you thorough training mapped to industry standards, enabling you to teach Pilates Reformer to individuals and groups, either working within gyms or Pilates studios, or establishing your own Pilates mat and reformer studio.
Once you qualify at Level 3 you can start earning from your qualification, this usually takes between 2-3 months and can cover the monthly costs of your course.
