I want to teach people to learn to love food again, at this time and age when our so called ‘role models’ can be portraying quite unhealthy relationships with food. I would like to be able to change people’s views and make them realise you don’t have to be starving yourself to achieve weight loss.

I was always active since I was little, but when I was young I would eat just a slice of bread, and that would be it, I didn’t need anything else. Then in my early thirties, I found out I had overactive thyroid and was put on medication and due to some thyroid side effects, I had to stop exercising completely. This caused my weight to skyrocket. So me bouncing between all sorts of extremes almost made me think of food as an enemy, but in reality, food is our friend, and I just want people to realise that and change their outlook.
I love the customer service and support. Whenever I was worried or in doubt, there was help available. When signing up, being able to pay in instalments was a huge help.
I like how detailed my nutrition course is; the materials available are very useful.
I realised I love food and can still enjoy nice and tasty food without feeling guilty. It’s when I talk to friends and recommend swapping this for that to make it healthier but still tasty.
