Meet Mellissa Millross

Bounce Fitness instructor and Level 5 PT Student

Get to know me

I have always been very thin in my younger years; as I got older and had my first child, I developed hyperthyroidism which affected my weight and my health. After my second child, I was placed on medication which helped slightly but not with my weight. When the lockdown began, I decided to train and eat healthily but didn’t know the correct way to go about this. I eventually gave up. The last two years have been difficult for me due to my health and personal life getting in the way.

A year ago, I got into fitness and passed my training course for bounce fitness and became a trainer. I then wanted to encourage and help strong women and men to become the best versions of themselves, and this starts with mind and body. You only get one life and one body. We can all make ourselves great!

When training, the key is literally consistency and healthy eating but also having what you also love in small portions
