Using my experience in boxercise, kickboxing and bodyweight exercises I want to show people that getting fit doesn’t need to be complicated. I believe I’m just at the start of my fitness journey!

Be determined and motivated.
Simply, growing up I was overweight and had no confidence. I found kickboxing, lost weight, gained confidence, and found my love of fitness.
I’m able to work in my own time, in and around daily life and the course material is easy to follow. I’ve done Level 2 Gym, Level 3 PT and Nutrition for Sport and Exercise.
Simply, qualification. Something I honestly never thought I would achieve.
