I am a qualified Level 4 PT with a keen interest in the fitness industry. I continue to partake in various keep-fit activities such as Kickboxing, Circuit Training, Dancing, Running and Hot Yoga. I’m passionate about helping others achieve their goals.
Never give up, do not doubt your capabilities, do not look at others and think you can’t be like them and know that you are good enough to achieve anything you want to in life.

I took health more seriously during the pandemic, considering that I have family members with health conditions. I wanted to become a PT to help others. I completed my level 2, 3 and 4 courses with Future Fit and am now completing the sports massage therapy course.
Future Fit Training was excellent! I found all the tutors very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and they always made it a pleasure to study, and I enjoyed learning. The workshops were interactive and kept everyone involved.
I am proud of my consistency and that I stuck at it and was determined to continue. I could have stopped at a gym instructor, but I completed level 4 PT in over a year and am always looking to enhance my skills.
Stir fry prawns and veg noodles are my favourite thing to cook I love prawns, and they are quick to cook as well as nutritional with low calories.
