I took health more seriously during the pandemic, considering that I have family members with health conditions. I wanted to become a PT to help others. I completed my level 2, 3 and 4 courses with Future Fit and am now completing the sports massage therapy course.
Future Fit Training was excellent! I found all the tutors very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and they always made it a pleasure to study, and I enjoyed learning. The workshops were interactive and kept everyone involved.
I am proud of my consistency and that I stuck at it and was determined to continue. I could have stopped at a gym instructor, but I completed level 4 PT in over a year and am always looking to enhance my skills.
Stir fry prawns and veg noodles are my favourite thing to cook I love prawns, and they are quick to cook as well as nutritional with low calories.
