I’m Arianne, I am a Performing Arts Graduate who is currently studying to become a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist.
I would tell them to go for it! And recommend Future Fit to them, as I have enjoyed my studying so far, and I can’t wait to study all the other areas that I still have left. It has opened my mind to think further and see where my business can branch off to and how I can be different from other PTs within my location.

With my background of dance I have always maintained good fitness, however my route into wanting to do fitness as a job started because of my mental health and the benefits that I’ve noticed from my personal experiences.
I love how accessible the training is and how helpful the tutors are. There are many areas which I wouldn’t have thought to think about until I joined Future Fit. Another aspect that I love is how much support you get not only from the tutors but from the people you meet within the Future Fit community.
I am most proud of how I can better manage my mental health by involving fitness, although I am also proud to have passed my first in-person assessment with Future Fit.
