I stopped drinking 33 months ago, lost over two stone, and gained far more than I could have ever imagined. My life has never felt better.
I truly believe that without exercise, I would have gone back to my old habits. Exercise has played such a huge role in my recovery, and now I get the chance to live the dream I’ve dreamed about for over 20 years and hopefully inspire others to do the same.
