From confusion, mental health issues and eating disorders; to balance, wellbeing and feeling guilt-free. This is what I have achieved and aim to help others with – to break through their own barriers.
I have learnt through my own mistakes, so others don’t have to. I have gained knowledge and experience, not only in health and fitness but how best to manage your mental health. To me, health is about mind and body, and they should be looked at together.
If you have been through your own journey, you will be more relatable and will be able to give sound advice.
This is what I continuously do. Don't pretend to know someone's struggles if you haven't lived them. That doesn't mean to say you can't understand and show empathy. It goes a long way.

I started my interest in health and fitness after suffering from an eating disorder. My road to recovery was to study and understand nutrition and how it helped my body.
I realised that I loved using my knowledge to help people, so I decided to study not just nutrition but fitness as well so that I could help people in all areas.
Two years ago, I changed my career from fashion to being a health and fitness coach. It’s the best decision I have ever made!
I researched a lot before studying with Future Fit. I wanted to ensure that the course I embarked on was in-depth so that I could gain a deep understanding and have enough support.
I have studied my L2 Gym Instructor, L3 PT, and L4 Nutrition.
I was surprised by how much the courses covered compared to some other courses out there.
I have enjoyed learning and advancing my knowledge further and meeting some amazing people along the way.
I am most proud of the person I have become, from someone who was extremely shy, nervous and had no confidence in myself to a hard-working businesswoman who has built up a successful online coaching business.
My favourite thing to cook is a burrito bowl! It’s delicious, full of goodness and amazingly tasty.
My advice to anyone looking to become a health pro is to draw from your own experiences. This is the best way to help people. If you have been through your own journey you will be more relatable and will be able to give sound advice.
This is what I continuously do. Don’t pretend to know someone’s struggles if you haven’t lived them. That doesn’t mean to say you can’t understand and show empathy. It goes a long way.
I love being part of Future Fit for the community, and the opportunities to further my education with the constant update of courses.
I’m lucky enough to have travelled a lot, but I am yet to go to Peru.
