I am on a mission to make this stage of my life the best! Building my body for life and helping to change other people’s lives as I’ve achieved for myself.

I have always been interested in nutrition. I took the course with Future Fit Training in 2020 & qualified as a nutrition advisor.
I left my job of 20yrs to pursue a new career in health & fitness – I am passionate about helping others.
The research I had was from making enquiries with Future Fit’s knowledgeable advisor. The online & workshop study was great; easily accessible and the tutor support was very helpful.
I was doing it for my personal development. It has improved my quality of life & understanding. I practice what I preach and now it has turned into a job that I’m very passionate about – helping people to be their best version of themselves.
I am a foodie, so I love cooking. I’m keen on spicy dishes and always experimenting.

If I could travel anywhere in the world, I would like to go to Vancouver in ski season, 3 months in Whistler-Blackcomb.
