I fell in love with fitness when I started being consistent in the gym. My passion was growing more and more every day.

I realised how fitness was important to me with my previous jobs as Assistant Manager. I was working 70 hours a week and could not go to the gym anymore or cook for my meal prep. That made me feel so bad, and I was not feeling myself as if a part of me was missing. At that moment, it was obvious to me that I had to quit this job and start doing what made me happy and feel good. I quit my Assistant Bar Manager job and started studying Personal Training L3.

I can’t wait to see what this new journey is going to bring for me and to help many people. I planned to specialise in Strength and Conditioning, Fat Loss, and Sports Nutrition. I experienced all of them, and I really love them! I love sharing my passion and helping people, and I cannot wait for the future!

I am still studying now, but I love Future Fit!

The flexibility of the courses, the professionalism and kindness of the teachers. I love the structure and how the courses are made. I love the possibilities you have to keep increasing your knowledge even after you finish your diploma.

I am currently studying for Personal Trainer Level 3, and I am enjoying every single part of my courses!
I love the fact that Future Fit offer an International Diploma, valid worldwide too.

I think the part of my journey I have been the proudest of is when I really started to change and be consistent in my workout and when I pushed harder.

I underestimated myself, thinking I was not capable. But I realised I was capable of much more than I realised!

I have also been proud to take the first step toward a new career and start my studies for Personal Training, which will lead me to make my dream come true.

My favourite thing to cook is all the sweet and healthy snacks and breakfast options; protein pancakes and muffins, baked oats, chia pudding, protein bowls etc.…

My advice would be don’t be scared and just do it! Take the first step; the journey is amazing!

You will learn so many things, you’re going to be amazed!

You will be able to apply many things in your daily life that are going to help you to feel better and then you will be able to help others too.

All teachers I have met are so professional and kind, they are passionate, and you learn a lot!
They have incredible knowledge and always give you amazing advice and encourage you. I have also met many brilliant students who have had a very inspiring journey.

If I could travel anywhere in the world, I would go to Australia!

Australia is so inspiring for fitness. Many Athletes I am following on social media come from Australia. I also love hot temperatures, the Sun, and the beach. So, Australia would be the perfect place for me.

Also, on my bucket list, I would love to visit the gym in Tulum. This place looks amazing.
