Personal Trainers and Fitness

Your job description as a personal trainer will cover keeping members happy, providing exceptional service to help members reach their unique goals, producing unique plans and encouraging members to enjoy active healthy lives.
You’ll be required to cover at least 8-10 hours per week delivering the Club’s gym and studio products. There’s always support from the Head Coach who will help you understand how to go about giving personal reviews, Lose and Shape Up, personal training, studio classes and other club gym and studio products.
It will also be your responsibility as a personal trainer to ensure that the Club’s gym products comply with the company’s brand standards as well as all relevant health and safety regulations.

As you well know, nutrition plays a fundamental part in fitness. No fitness or personal training regimen is complete without a balanced, well thought out nutrition plan.
