"I believe that each teacher has a unique approach to Pilates and needs to be encouraged to allow their style to grow. Working from a strong fundamental programme of study and self-practise, each teacher can develop and bring their own personal touch which in turn allows the public to experience Pilates in a variety of ways. This helps clients to find the teacher they can connect with in order to commit to their practise and obtain a healthy way of life through better posture awareness."
"I can’t really say that I can pinpoint one great achievement. I feel like I have had lots of mini achievements. I feel humbled when a student of member of one of my classes says “Thank you, you’ve really helped me”."

I absolutely love my Alaskan Malamute (snow dog) called Loki, named after the Nordic god of mischief, which was fitting at the time! I am always studying and reading and I also love to travel as often as I can.
