Diploma in Mat Pilates
Achieve. Progress. Inspire.
Modern lifestyles, which include sitting for long periods in front of computer and television screens, have led to a society plagued with poor posture, weak muscles and high levels of back problems. As a Pilates teacher you can make a real difference to the quality of people’s lives by easing shoulder tension, strengthening core muscles and creating greater body awareness to improve posture.
Comprising three courses, the Diploma in Mat Pilates will enable you to teach Mat Pilates at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels on a one-to-one basis or in group sessions. You will learn through a mixture of highly interactive e-learning exciting courses and practical workshops.
Take a look at the courses included on the left and click on them for further details.
If you don't already have a recognised teaching qualification and evidence of having passed Level 2 Anatomy and Physiology exam to current standards you can still train to become a Pilates teacher. All you need to do is attend the 3-day Access Mat Pilates course (instead of the 2-day Basic Mat Pilates course) and complete the Anatomy and Physiology e-learning course.
