Access Mat Pilates
This course is for students who do not have a recognised exercise teaching qualification and evidence of having passed the Level 2 Anatomy and Physiology exam covering current recognised standards. You will learn everything you need to teach a safe and effective mat Pilates exercise session at beginner level. This is the first step towards the Level 3 award. Please be aware that this course is not sold independently and can only be taken as part of a diploma.
