Personal Trainer

Neil is a fully qualified Personal Trainer up to Level 4. Neil has worked in the Leisure/Fitness industry for the past 13 years and his passion was to improve his own personal health, being overweight at 152kg I lost 57kg to weighing 95kg.

His professional experience includes starting off as a Lifeguard and working his way up as a Personal Trainer and now as a Facility Assistant Manager for a Multi-Functional Leisure Centre.
