  • Prerequisites and Entry Requirements

    Prior to the commencement of this course participants are required to hold a ‘Level 3 Diploma in Mat Based Pilates’.

  • Format, Time Frame and Assessment
    • This is an e-learning course with a 100% online learning which means you can study anywhere, anytime.
    • This course takes approximately 2 hours to complete.
    • There is no formal assessment. However, you must complete a question and answer section at the end of each part of the course. There is also a 10 question multiple-choice assessment at the end of the course which covers different aspects of all the lessons.
  • Part 1

    The first part of this course will explore the benefits of Pilates in enhancing sporting performance and injury prevention. It will also look at the effects of posture and how Pilates can play an important role in realigning and rebalancing the body.

  • Part 2

    The second part of this course will explore sports-specific disciplines and potential injuries that pose threat to the sports enthusiast. You will also learn what Pilates exercises are most suited to individual sports to support Pilates programming.

  • Part 3

    The third part of this course contains a library of exercises to assist you in your programming.
