Ravneet Panesar (Neet Nutrition) is an intuitive eating Nutrition Coach who supports women in overcoming diet culture and rebuilding a healthy relationship with food. Her journey began after facing body image challenges and mental health struggles following the birth of her two sons. Living within a community where appearance often outweighs wellbeing, Ravneet made the decision in her late thirties to begin her own path to healing.
Through study and reflection, she transformed her personal experience into a mission to help others. Now, as a qualified Future Fit Level 4 Nutrition and Weight Management Coach, she combines her understanding of food psychology with evidence based nutrition to guide women toward food freedom and body acceptance. Her approach focuses on nurturing confidence, rejecting restriction and celebrating the strength that comes from self awareness and kindness.
Ravneet’s work is built on empathy and empowerment. She encourages every client to celebrate their body, live without guilt around food and take pride in being fully present in their own lives. Her message is clear and powerful: health begins with self respect and joy.
