Megan Rowland is a personal trainer and online coach who founded her own business in 2022 with the goal of helping women create healthy, sustainable relationships with food and fitness. Her passion began at seventeen when she first stepped into the gym, uncertain and self conscious. Those early experiences led to years of overtraining and disordered eating, but they also became the catalyst for change.
While studying Sports Medicine at King’s College London, Megan transformed her mindset and learned to appreciate her body for what it could achieve rather than how it looked. She discovered a love for Sports Nutrition and worked with Tottenham Hotspur female academy athletes, educating them on how to nourish their bodies for performance. Today, she uses her education and personal experience to guide women toward confidence, self respect and strength through movement.
Megan chose Future Fit Training because it offered more than a qualification.
