From professional dancer to Pilates entrepreneur, Kayleigh Jayne Gilbert transforms her love of movement into a mission to inspire strength, balance and wellbeing.
Kayleigh Jayne Gilbert began her career as a professional dancer, training at Laine Theatre Arts in London before performing around the world with P&O Australia cruise ships as dance captain and cast manager. Her years on stage taught her discipline, confidence and a deep respect for the connection between physical and mental wellbeing. When the time came for a new chapter, she followed her passion for fitness and retrained as a Pilates Instructor, turning her love of movement into a lifelong career.
After qualifying, Kayleigh founded her own business, Kayleigh Jayne Pilates, building an online community that reaches clients across the globe. Her engaging classes and supportive teaching style have led to collaborations with brands such as Gymshark, BoohooMan and Gymbella Wellness. Now based in the New Forest, she teaches both group and private sessions, helping people of all levels find strength, calm and confidence through Pilates.
