I am a Mum of two who found herself through starting running.
My name is Jemma, I am a 38 year old Mum of 2. I started an Instagram page @ThisGirlCanRunFar to share my journey from non-runner to training for my first 100k race! I kept being asked for running and fitness advice so at the age of 36 I decided to change my life! I went from part-time barista went back to education and I am now a full-time running coach. I grew my business from 3 clients to 56. I coach women from all over the world and help them with all kinds of running goals. I have found my true passion of helping other women discover a newfound confidence in what happens when you go after your goals and don’t give up.
After having a particularly bad experience with another fitness provider doing my level 2 and 3, I really did my homework on looking for a better education experience. I asked for recommendations with my fellow fitness professionals and Future Fit kept coming up again and again.Jemma Lewis
