Sport has been central to Dame Kelly Holmes’ life from an early age. After serving for ten years in the British Army, she went on to become one of the nation’s most celebrated athletes, winning two Olympic gold medals and earning international recognition for her dedication and resilience.
Since retiring from competitive sport, Dame Kelly has remained deeply involved in health and fitness, continuing to focus on her own wellbeing while inspiring others to do the same. She draws on her experiences as an elite athlete to guide and mentor others, promoting confidence, discipline and balance in every aspect of life.
Her passion for education led her to study a Level 3 Diploma with Future Fit Training, where she continues to develop her expertise in coaching, behavioural change and the practical skills needed to help others reach their goals.
