Amelia looked around at a few different training providers before choosing Future Fit, and what stood out to her was the ongoing support on offer.

Many other companies she considered offered little beyond the qualification itself, whereas she felt Future Fit was genuinely there to support people, both during and after training.

Amelia studied the Level 3 Mat Pilates qualification, with her Level 4 still pending. She particularly valued the balance between online and in-person learning, giving her the flexibility to study around her life while still getting real value from in-person workshops.

Her qualification has allowed Amelia to set up her own business, working entirely on her own terms, alongside teaching in gyms and running workshops with her university. Her philosophy centres on helping people feel comfortable and safe moving their bodies, whether they’re easing into exercise or maintaining their body for competitive sport, with a focus on mobility, strength, flexibility, and building a sense of community among clients.

Looking ahead, she’s planning weekend retreats for summer and hoping to grow her online presence further.
