Your learning is independent led, and support is there when you request it. Our Remote Support Tutor team is on hand to answer any generic queries or to provide support to assist your understanding of the subject matter within your learning. This support can be requested through various avenues - email, phone, social media. For more details on this, please refer to the Learner Services section within your Library.
At what point in my training can I start teaching Pilates classes?
While you are training you can get student insurance from a company called Balens in order to teach, but you must declare that you are in training and charge a lower rate than you would if you were a fully qualified Pilates Instructor. If you have student insurance in place, you can teach what you have learnt so far in training. You cannot however, call yourself a Pilates teacher until you are fully qualified at minimum Level 3. If you are still waiting for your certification, contact Learner Services and we can provide a certificate to follow letter as provisional evidence of your qualification.
