Paul Swainson

BIO:

I am a fitness educator, presenter and writer, with two decades of experience as a personal trainer, manager and mentor. I am currently Education Project Specialist at Future Fit, designing and developing bespoke education and training solutions across the group.

Having been involved in the fitness industry since 2002, I ran a successful personal training business across Yorkshire for ten years before moving into education. I am an experienced presenter, speaking all over the UK at events, and contribute regularly to the media, including industry websites, blogs, podcasts and national publications.
