It’s the question most course comparison pages don’t really answer: you get the certificate… then what?
It’s a fair thing to want answered before you hand over your money and your time. A qualification on its own doesn’t get you a client base, a job at your local gym, or the confidence to actually call yourself a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach or Pilates Instructor. What gets you there is everything that happens around the qualification and that’s the part most training providers don’t talk about, because for a lot of them, it doesn’t really exist.

1. Set for Success: Included free with every Level 3 qualification or above, this is your career development pathway, running alongside your training from day one rather than bolted on afterwards. It’s a blend of online learning, practical activities and interactive exercises, tailored to whether you’re heading employed or self-employed, designed to build the confidence and professional skills that a qualification alone doesn’t teach.
2. The Employer Partner Network: A curated network of employers we’ve built direct relationships with, including Everlast Gyms, GLL, Everyone Active and Bannatyne Health Clubs, who recognise Future Fit graduates specifically. This is a working relationship that gives you insights, experience and access most graduates don’t have.
3. The Job Board: Built and maintained by our own team and populated specifically from our Employer Partner Network. These are specific, specialist roles from employers who already know and trust Future Fit Training.
4. Recruitment days: Run by select employer partners, these give you face-to-face time with the gyms and studios you might want to work in, before you’ve even finished your course. You get to see the spaces, meet the teams, and put a face to your application in a way a CV never can.
5. The Guaranteed Interview Scheme: For Personal Training learners, this is about as direct a bridge from qualification to employment as it gets: opt in, and you’re guaranteed an interview opportunity with selected employer partners. It’s not a guaranteed job, but it removes the hardest part of job-hunting, getting your foot in the door.
6. ProZone: Your career doesn’t stop at graduation, and neither does this. ProZone is our ongoing professional development platform, giving qualified graduates continued access to specialist learning and career support long after the course ends, because staying knowledgeable and in the know really does matter in an industry that keeps moving forward.
7. The FIT Community: An active network of Future Fit graduates and ambassadors; the people who’ve already done what you’re about to start. It’s real graduate stories, experiences and a place to find the answers to questions that only someone who’s been through it can really understand.

Yes. Future Fit’s Guaranteed Interview Scheme gives Personal Training learners a guaranteed interview with selected employer partners. You opt in while you’re working towards your qualification, which gives you a direct route to interview rather than waiting until you’ve finished. It isn’t a guaranteed job, but it removes the hardest part of job-hunting: getting your foot in the door. The scheme is one of seven pillars in Future Fit’s Career Ready support network.
Future Fit’s Employer Partner Network includes Everlast Gyms, GLL, Everyone Active and Bannatyne Health Clubs. These are official partners that bring job opportunities and recruitment days directly to Future Fit learners. Career-enabling partners also include MUVE, Coverme Fitness and My PT Hub. Partner roles are listed on Future Fit’s own Job Board. Selected partners also run UK-wide recruitment days, where learners can visit the gyms, meet the teams and apply in person.
