Wellbeing Personal Trainers

Venue:

Over 100 gyms nationwide

Salary:

Positions are all employed with varying hours, PT is delivered off shift and paid at various different rates depending on how many PT sessions you are delivering. Paid holidays at an average of your earnings with PT. Basic pay plus OTE is circa £18k – £22k. High PT delivery can earn more.

The candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities, which are assessed at the assessment centres.

  • Technically sound.

Qualifications:

Level 3 Personal Training and registered with CIMSPA.

Unlike any other Personal Trainer role, this position will see you undertaking a minimum of 8 hours of personal training (across a 40-hour week), which we’ll support and encourage you to increase. The development journey in this role begins with four months’ training with our Fitness Academy to give you the skills you need to lead group exercise, gym floor interaction and other PT activity, such as our unique Health MOTs. At all times, you’ll be linking health to fitness, and making referrals onto clinical specialists where necessary, who are also on site. To be successful in your application, you’ll need to be level 3 qualified and registered with CIMSPA. And, as you grow your skills and experience, you’ll have the opportunity to progress into a Senior Wellbeing PT role, where you’ll be at the forefront of new products introduced by Nuffield Health.
