Future Fit Training employs more than 100 people, half of which are based at our head office in Fareham, and the other half being remote workers and members of our tutor team.

Tutors and Assessors

We’ve experienced rapid growth over the past year and as such we have an exciting opportunity for inspirational and passionate individuals to join our dedicated and experienced team of tutors, assessors and IQAs who deliver our courses at a number of locations across the UK.

We are looking for individuals who have a true passion for teaching and assessing the next generation of fitness professionals.  Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a strong history of working in the fitness industry in roles such as Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor and Exercise Referral Instructor with experience of teaching and/or assessing. 

Qualified tutors (minimum Award in Education and Training or equivalent) and qualified assessors (Award in Assessing or equivalent) across a number of disciplines and locations are required.  We may also consider applicants who do not yet hold training and assessment qualifications, depending on skills and experience.  It’s important to note that these roles are weekend focused and can fit around existing work commitments.

Digital Content and Communications Officer

Location: Fareham

Do you have a passion for communications? Are you looking for a role with variety and the opportunity to work across different social media platforms, programmes and projects?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and confident communicator with a can do attitude to join our award winning team at Future Fit Training.

The Digital Content and Communications Officer is responsible for creating and implementing communications strategies, managing and sourcing all major social media channel content; ensuring it is engaging, impactful and targeted at our key audiences. As our company expands, we’re in need of someone who can promote our brand, interact with the public, work with our partners and agencies and establish productive relationships with key stakeholders and policymakers.

As part of the marketing team, you’ll manage the main social media feeds on a day-to-day basis. You’ll be responsible for taking an overview of upcoming activity and opportunities, working in collaboration with colleagues across the organisation, and for planning, scheduling and posting messages that promote the reputation of Future Fit Training. You will have the opportunity to create and develop a range of internal communications content both on and offline which engages employees in our values, vision and priorities.

Search Engine Marketing Specialist

Location: Fareham

We are looking for a talented and dynamic individual with experience of all SEM tactics, management, implementation and strategy to join our award winning team.

This exciting opportunity has arisen to bring our digital marketing in house and drive traffic in channels for a range of digital products, using PPC, SEO and paid media.

We`re looking for an SEM guru, someone who keeps up to date with the latest developments within SEM and knows how to pivot and apply changes according to the current SEO and SEM landscape.

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all SEM activities including content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings across all major search networks. The successful candidate will be passionate about all aspects of SEM, someone who relishes being in the detail and is results orientated.

Ideally you’d have 2-3 years’ experience of championing best practice PPC and SEO implementation, driving cutting edge bid optimisation and using as broad a range of techniques as possible, including automation, to deliver high quality, profitable traffic. You’ll need a perfectionist’s approach to keyword research, a laser focus on costs and returns, a deep understanding of the value of content, and a hunger to help our business meet its goals.

Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job Type: Full-time

Do you have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and how each can be deployed in different scenarios? We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced social media guru looking to take the next step in their career. You will play an integral part of a very exciting, fun and dedicated team and your primary focus will be on social media campaigns, as well as supporting the wider content work stream.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating a social media content calendar, managing the brand’s day-to-day social media presence, engaging with social followers and influencers as well as implementing strategic social campaigns.
