Eva O’Hara is an actor and writer from London whose career spans film, television and theatre, including her role as Verity on Hollyoaks. Whether performing on stage or writing new stories, Eva draws on a deep commitment to health, balance and self awareness. She believes that nurturing both body and mind is essential to sustaining creativity and emotional resilience.
Her love of movement began in childhood as a dedicated swimmer, training daily and competing with her teammates at weekend galas. That early discipline shaped her lifelong appreciation for fitness and the power of physical wellbeing. Over time, her interest in nutrition and mental health became central to her lifestyle, helping her maintain focus, energy and imagination in a demanding profession.
When the world faced uncertainty and isolation, Eva realised how vital a healthy mind and routine truly are. This understanding led her to study a Level 3 Personal Training qualification with Future Fit, building the knowledge to support others on their own fitness journeys. She now collaborates with Third Space, where her enthusiasm for movement continues to inspire both clients and colleagues.
