It was a lightbulb moment, more than twenty years ago, that encouraged her to begin her journey in the health & fitness industry.
Tom attended the Biomechanics Coach Diploma in September 2015. From day one, he began to implement the skills taught by the master trainers, Tom describes the results in performance & freedom of movement as 'incredible' and he has been a Biomechanics coach since March 2016 which is something he implements in all his clients sessions.
