With this specialist qualification, you will be able to set yourself up as an expert coach, helping to dispel diet myths surrounding hormonal and metabolic effects on food consumption.

With your Level 5 Nutrition qualification, you will:

  • Be able to design meal plans for a range of clients – having an accredited qualification in Nutrition allows you to do this legally.
  • Be able to provide appropriate nutrition advice to those with sport or exercise-related goals
  • Have specialised knowledge of how the principles of nutrition relate to women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Be able to advise families on childhood nutrition and obesity prevention
  • Understand appropriate nutrition advice for older adults
  • Be able to advise vegetarian and vegan clients
  • Have an expert understanding of the metabolic processes that affect your client’s health and weight
