Annie has taught Pilates for over 12 years in different styles and levels and feels it brings the most benefit to the individual. When a class is taught well you can see the individual benefiting from the exercises straight away. She aims to get all participants to understand the concept of Pilates which will help them achieve their final goal.
Going from teaching 1 class per week to 25 classes within a space of a year. The demand of this discipline is high as people can feel and notice the difference within themselves. She makes it a fun class but still achieving a good safe and effective class.
She has taught at various health and fitness conventions around the UK as well being a guest presenter at the Champneys Health Resorts. She is a Level 3 qualified fitness instructor and registered as such on the Register of Exercise Professionals.
