Where did your interest in fitness come from?

For most of my life I have been involved in fitness and sports, especially football and athletics during my early years. I continued playing football for various teams and now enjoy strength and conditioning training to help keep myself in good shape.

Why the Future Fit School of Personal Training?

I was initially impressed with the presentation of the Future Fit School of Personal Training website, I then found them very helpful when I made further enquiries on the phone. This gave me a great first impression and gave me the confidence to book with them.

I always found the learning material very thorough and informative but understandable. I never felt overwhelmed at any point. The e-learning courses are fun and great for learning at your own pace. The regular testing helps to give constant reassurance that the information is being learned correctly.

The various practical courses that I attended were outstanding and the tutors were always knowledgeable and approachable. Learning during the courses is mainly practical which I found fun and enjoyable. Minimal time is spent in a classroom even though this is extremely educational and time well spent.

The Student Zone is also invaluable. The recommended reading section alone helped me greatly.  There are sections that provide useful information regarding your courses and course tutors.

I also have to say that the technical support staff were always there to answer questions and offer support. Whenever I phoned or sent an email, I always got a prompt and helpful response.

My current role

I am currently self-employed as a freelance personal trainer.  My experiences and knowledge learned during my training with the School of PT helped to give me the confidence to set up on my own. I now thoroughly enjoy doing what I do for a living and I get huge satisfaction from helping my clients achieve their fitness goals.
