A great sweet and healthy treat to enjoy in the sunshine without all the processed sugar and unhealthy fats of regular iced desserts.

Superberry Smoothie Iced Lollies

The extra antioxidants from the berries and MCT fats from the coconut milk will help protect your skin against free radical damage from UV light too! .

Makes 8 lollies

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 250g of strawberries
  • 150g of blueberries or blackberries
  • 120ml of full fat coconut milk
  • 120ml of water
  • 8 medjool dates

Instructions

  • Remove the stones from the dates
  • Peel the bananas
  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for a minute until smooth
  • Pour into an ice lolly mould and freeze
  • Freeze for at least 5 hours before serving
