MemberZone Terms & Conditions - Members

Find below a list of the terms and conditions associated with Future Fit Training's MemberZone.

1. General Terms

1.1. By signing up to MemberZone powered by ProZone, a product of Future Fit Training Ltd, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions laid out below.

1.2 MemberZone is a free service provided by your Gym Provider intended for your use through the COVID-19 lockdown period. Your Gym Provider will decide whether or not the Member Zone service will continue when your Gym re-opens.

1.3 You may not transfer your access or share your logins with any other persons regardless of whether they have a membership with your Gym provider or not.

1.4 You can cancel your MemberZone subscription at any time in the account section once logged into the platform.

2. Content Provision

2.1 As a MemberZone powered by ProZone subscriber, you will gain access to a range of content from Future Fit Training. This will include presentations, videos, blogs and Articles.

2.2 All of Future Fit’s content is delivered by experts within their specified fields qualified to at least a level 3 standard.

2.3 You may also receive additional content created and uploaded from your Gym Provider.

2.4 As part of the agreement between Future Fit Training and your Gym Provider, your gym provider has agreed that the content they upload follows health and safety procedures in terms of suitability/safe instruction / PPL adherence. More specifically that:

a)The content they provide Is delivered by a Level 3 Personal Trainer or Group Exercise Instructor working within their area of knowledge and expertise and they apply relevant health and safety advice.

b)Public Liability Insurance includes pre-programmed video content

c)Their content gives the usual health declaration disclaimer as per the usual screening

d)Their content has been reviewed for suitability bearing in mind their responsibility to you.

e)Any music they use is licensed as per PPL/PRS rules.

3. Usage Disclaimer

3.1 By entering the MemberZone powered by ProZone platform and using the accessible content, you are agreeing to accept all parts of this disclaimer. Thus, if you do not agree to the disclaimer below, STOP now, and do not use our website, blog, videos, programs, services, or products.

3.2 By using this website, blog, e-mails, or any of our programs, services, or products, you implicitly signify your agreement to all parts of the above disclaimer.

3.3 Future Fit Training will not be held responsible in any way for the information that you receive through the MemberZone Platform. In no event will Future Fit be Liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, equitable or consequential damages for any use of or reliance on the content provided on the MemberZone platform, including personal injuries, accidents, misapplication of information or any other loss, malady, disease or difficulty, or otherwise, even if we are expressly advised of the possibility of such damages or difficulties.

3.4 Future Fit Training strongly recommend that you consult with your doctor before beginning any exercise program. You should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in exercise. Future Fit Training is not a licensed medical care provider and represents that it has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition.

3.5 You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in this exercise or exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Future Fit Training from any claims or causes of action, known or unknown

4. Data Protection and use of Personal Data

4.1 As a MemberZone powered by ProZone member, all personal data that you supply will be used to process your membership subscription. As such your data will be used to administer your membership only. It will be not be used for any marketing or promotions, nor will we pass your data onto any third party. You will receive communication specific to your membership from time to time.

5. Queries, comments and complaints

5.1. We will respond to any complaint or query received within three working days. This may be an acknowledgement that we have received a complaint whilst further investigations are carried out.
