Suspended equipment instructing is fast becoming an essential skill to have. Being qualified in its use is a huge plus and something fitness managers are looking for. Be the go-to personal training for suspension instructing with our CPD fitness courses.
This course will extend your expertise in resistance training and enable you to safely and simultaneously develop your clients’ strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability using the very latest suspension training techniques.
Adding suspension training into your toolbox allows you to deliver complete workouts in any location where there’s an attachment point – doors, posts, trees or frames – and make the most of the suspension kit in the gym.
Doing other suspension exercise courses may limit you to using a particular brand of equipment – our course provides you with the principles and tools to apply to any type of kit, giving you more flexibility and choice.
With the need to support and control your own bodyweight, suspension exercise develops strength, flexibility, stability and skill in a range of everyday movements.
Our tutors have years of experience training with suspension equipment themselves and teaching clients. Expect lots of practice to hone your technique on over 30 exercises.
You should also be physically fit, as this is a strenuous course. The following conditions preclude students from taking part:

I have been studying with Future Fit Training for the past year and can honestly say how amazing they are as a training provider. They cover every basis, you get excellent support from the tutors, the online training is intense and thorough, the workshops are fantastic and the tutors themselves are extremely knowledgeable.

Very good and strong courses, with a lot of useful materials for our practical work with clients. The Tests were very strong but good and correct. Good organisation, good teachers, and successful manager of the Nutrition school. I will recommend this company to anyone.

Future Fit training programme was very straight forward, but I felt I was missing out by not having any hands-on experience with an actual coach/tutor. A lot of my marks were lower than they could have been due to not fully understanding the subject or item as well as I should, but not having a quick reference point available to verify anything was a drawback.

Becoming a personal trainer isn’t cheap. It’s an investment, which can pay for itself if you come out the other side with the requisite skills to earn a living as a PT. For that reason, it’s not worth cutting corners. When searching for training providers FFT looked like the obvious choice. They had excellent reviews, have been providing expert tuition for 24 years, have a 97% student satisfaction rate and were named UK Active "Training Provider of the Year" in 2016 and 2017. Their part-time online course also meant I could study at home around freelance projects and work at my own pace.
