By joining our team, you will find yourself in the company of like-minded, forward-thinking and passionate people who pursue excellence at every turn. As Executive Assistant, you will assist the senior management and leadership team with a variety of administrative and organisational tasks that support the effective management of the Company.
You need to be confident with the ability to work independently and as part of a busy team. You’ll have outstanding attention to detail, strong initiative and the level head necessary to work under pressure. If you’re pro-active, experienced and can hit the ground running, then you could be just the person we’re looking for.
You will be involved with booking events, flights, accommodation and venues for meetings. You will schedule meetings in the diary, create agendas, prepare meeting rooms and set up multi-media. Taking notes at meetings will be another key task, along with monitoring actions to ensure deadlines are met. You will be privy to information of a sensitive and confidential nature, so discretion is a prerequisite. Meetings may be held off-site, so you may occasionally need to stay away from home.
You will liaise and build close working relationships with both the team and external partners, so effective communication skills are essential. Other tasks include administering expense claims, collating data on how projects are progressing, analysing data and producing clear documents, reports and presentations. You will also need to assist with arranging external events and conferences when required.
