Content and Campaigns Specialist

Full time (40 hours per week)

Salary - £25,000- £30,000 per annum

We are looking for a pro-active Content and Campaigns Specialist to support our B2B customers, managing and creating compelling customer communications across multiple channels and the website. You will think tactically and creatively, develop outcome-driven initiatives, and work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to achieve this objective. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable creative writing skills as well as expertise in content optimisation and brand. You will also need first-class organisational and planning skills coupled with the ability to multi-task.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for taking forward all marketing content initiatives and campaigns to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.

Essential Requirements

  • Drive the email strategy and wider communication plans
  • Develop, plan and execute email marketing campaigns including the set-up, testing, scheduling and deployment of one-time, recurring and triggered campaigns
  • Ability to write compelling and engaging content with SEO optimisation in mind
  • Utilise data to build customer segmentations and targeting (with support from data science/analytics)
  • Copywriting expertise - the ability to write fluently and accurately
  • Create and publish engaging content to drive customers through the purchasing funnel and influence informed decision purchasing behaviour
  • Perform ongoing A/B testing to improve campaign performance
  • An eye for detail, critical thinking skills and a problem solver
  • A willingness to assist with other marketing activities that crop up from time to time
  • A degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related experience
