As our Digital Marketing Executive, you will be part of our busy Marketing team who are instrumental in starting our learners on their journeys into the fitness industry.

You will be responsible for the delivery of the Company’s digital strategy including website management, UX, SEO, Google Ads and various digital marketing campaigns. You will need to be a skilled, confident and dedicated all-rounder with the ability to work independently and as part of our busy team.

You’ll have outstanding attention to detail, lots of initiative and be level-headed while working under pressure. Our fast-paced department creates a variety of tasks, so you will need to be pro-active and have the ability to hit the ground running.

Skill Requirements

Essential skills

  • 2-3 years’ experience working in a similar role
  • Experience in writing content for SEO purposes and the user journey
  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent in Marketing or Digital Marketing

Desired skills

  • Additional professional qualifications would be an advantage but are not essential
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience with website optimisation tools such as Tag Manager and Optimise

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM campaigns
  • On page content auditing and optimisation
  • Technical SEO auditing and maintenance, running regular crawls and identifying issues
  • Keyword research and categorisation
  • Manage, implement and optimise the website, including e-commerce
  • Develop an affiliate and partnership marketing growth strategy
  • Design an overall marketing promotion plan for the affiliate marketing channel
  • Produce monthly reports including market and competitor insights, as well as analytics on channel performance
  • Strengthen automation through the customer journey
  • Create and deliver acquisition programmes to drive email subscription, data collection and customer engagement
  • Report on and analyse activities, offering feedback and insights
