As our Customer Services Manager, you will lead our customer service and admin teams as they guide our learners through their journeys into the fitness industry.

The Role

As Customer Services Manager, you will demonstrate:

  • Outstanding customer service techniques
  • Identify skills gaps and training needs
  • Set training and development plans

The role is busy and diverse with the team maintaining regular client contact, handling the odd complaint and liaising with awarding organisations.

They also ensure courses are filled to optimum levels.
