The FFT Team hits the road to meet operators
Future Fit Training - winner of the ukactive Training Provider of The Year 2016 - is undertaking a roadshow to meet operators and offer free 2-hour consultations with Rob Johnson - Managing Director, Elaine Briggs - Head of Skills and Oliver Bell - Business Development Manager.
The roadshow is in line with Future Fit’s bid to raise the bar and improve standards across the sector and represents a key objective as CIMSPA’s Exercise and Fitness Skills Development Launch Partner.
“We have a good dialogue with many operators and spoke to several when compiling our annual Raising The Bar Report" says Rob Johnson.
“Last year saw new developments and initiatives for the industry but the real value for operators lies in direct conversations, establishing their priorities, identifying areas where they need support or training and creating bespoke solutions to meet those needs. This is best done face-to-face which is why we are embarking on a roadshow to meet as many operators as possible.” he says.
The Future Fit team will answer questions and offer advice on areas such as skills development, business development, industry changes, updates and trends, CPD and quality assurance. The 2-hour consultations will be completely free of charge and there is no obligation whatsoever.
“We are dedicated to best practice throughout the industry and by sharing what we know, offering advice and giving guidance, we hope to give operators fresh ideas and helpful tools.” says Rob.
The Future Fit Training team will be holding meetings in the South Region (South of Birmingham) on February 7th, 8th and 9th. They will then cover the North region (north of Birmingham) on March 7th, 8th and 9th. To book an appointment, operators should email email@example.com or call 07825 290525.
Any operators unable to make these dates can see Future Fit Training at the Quest NBS CIMSPA Conference on March 14th and 15th and make an appointment whilst there.
