"I was really impressed with how in-depth the courses were, compared with other companies. I could carry on working whilst learning and this was a massive bonus for me".
After training horses for years, Hayley moved into fitness and nutrition after meeting Charlotte Ord, another successful Future Fit Training student.
Where did your initial interest in fitness/nutrition come from?
I made the transition to sports and nutrition, after I became very tired of training horses. This was great fun when I lived in the Arizona, but the same job in the wet and cold wasn’t so appealing. I have always been interested in sports, so after I met Charlotte Ord, it was a straight forward transition.
Why Future Fit?
They were recommended to me number of people including Charlotte Ord and I have to say I was really impressed with how in-depth the courses were, compared with other companies. I could carry on working whilst learning and this was a massive bonus for me. They made the whole learning process pain free, with easy to follow course material and the student support help was top class. I plan to use their services again this year to learn Pilates. With a wealth of different courses there is something to suit everyone and the value for money is spectacular.
My current role
I am currently a Master Trainer and Remedial Specialist at The Charlotte Ord Academy in Godalming. I train members of all ages, shapes and sizes. I also run a Sports massage and body mapping injury clinic, within the academy.
To run Charlotte Ord Academy remedial and health spa retreat in another location for members and non-members, which will include classes like Pilates and Kettlebells. My next venture is to train with Future fit to learn Pilates in the next year.
My top student tip?
Take as many future fit courses as your budget will allow! Also, keep an open mind….Learn from as many different trainers as you can. Share your wealth of information, don’t keep things to yourself, you will get back as much as you give and more besides.
