This is the first step on an exciting career ladder. The Diploma in Fitness Training is an internationally recognised programme of study that will give you REPs Level 2 status. We have designed this diploma to equip you with all the essential skills and knowledge you will need to teach and instruct in an exercise and fitness facility - plus some valuable additions that will increase your credibiliy, confidence and market appeal.
Unique to the School of Personal Training, the Diploma in Fitness Training includes a dedicated course on exercising for fat loss plus comprehensive coverage of a wide range of training methods. These methods aren't just applicable to individuals - they also apply to group training, which is a growing trend. Valuable skills such as circuit training and core training are also included and will really set you apart from other Level 2 qualified instructors.

How long will it take?
As a large proportion of the diploma is studied via e-learning, the time to complete your training will depend on how much time you can commit to studying. The more time you spend studying the quicker you can qualify.
