Green Smoothie Recipe
Green smoothies are all the rage at the moment and can be a great nutritious addition to your daily routine.
Here's our recipe to concoct a perfectly balanced and delicious green smoothie.
Handful of greens (for goodness), such as spinach, kale, etc.
Handful of berries (for antioxidants) such as blueberries
½ a banana (for sweetness and energy)
1 tbsp oats (for fibre)
1 tbsp of seeds (for protein and healthy fats) such as pumpkin or chia seeds
Water, almond milk or coconut water (for liquid content)
Place all items in a blender and blast away!
A great option for a breakfast on the go or a post workout snack.
