Avocado & chilli salad
Brighten up a summer day with this fresh and superhealthy salad!
Preparation time: 5 mins
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 200g mixed salad leaves
For the dressing
- zest and juice 1 lime
- 1 chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Combine dressing ingredients and season. Toss through the avocado slices and mixed leaves.
