My ethos is that I believe fitness should be about results and fun. I like all my classes and courses to be exciting, enjoyable and relaxed. At the same time I want all my participants/students to get the maximum they can out of every class/course that I give.
The best piece of advice I have received is always be yourself in everything you do

What's your greatest achievement in fitness?
I'm a very creative individual which has led to opportunities to work with some highly talented presenters in the industry. My creativity has enabled me to accompany other professionals in fitness DVDs aimed at instructors within the industry to provide them with choreography, inspiration and education.
I have also been fortunate enough to work in a number of countries across Europe and China to present my unique style with innovative choreography and seamless breakdown methods.
Tell us something personal about yourself
When I’m not working I spend as much time as I can with my best friend, my little boy called Freddie.
