Exercise to Music Course (Module)
This workshop teaches you the fundamental principles of
structuring a safe and effective Step Aerobics class.
Master class and choreography handouts are provided
along with a Workshop manual. You will learn all the
basic step moves, plus how to incorporate: impact,
direction, step approach, style, arm lines, linking and
combining moves, and the use of music. This will enable
you to create many step routines for your own classes.
Exercise to Music Instructor Module Format
This is a six-day Practical Workshop delivered over two
weekends, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This is followed
by a practical assessment four to six weeks after the
Workshop.
On the Exercise to Music Course you will learn the following:
• How to structure a safe and effective mixed ability class
• Effective instruction and cueing techniques
