Basic Step Module

Step Aerobics is a variation of a general aerobic class using a step platform to increase intensity. The teaching of
effective step classes requires a great deal of effective teaching and communication skills. Once you have learned to
create and deliver aerobic classes you will want to develop the ability to teach a wide range of exercise to music
classes including Step, as this is still very popular in the fitness industry.
