Course Introduction
Developed in the 1920s by the legendary physical trainer Joseph H Pilates, the Pilates method is a body conditioning fusion of western and eastern philosophies, focusing on strengthening, lengthening and mobilising the body.

This course gives you the basic knowledge of the pilates principles and techniques while providing you with the skills to safely instruct the exercises at beginner level.

What Our Students Say...

"I’ve never done Pilates before, fortunately Future Fit Training took me through the basics and my Tutor explained everything to me, step by step. The facilities were very good too and I received all the help I needed to be confident in passing my exams and instructing future clients."
